• Are we ready for the Welcome Back Assembly?
• Assembly: Fill in assembly outline with Class Comp group (2018 WELCOME BACK ASSEMBLY)
• School: Go up to the spirit stage and find all the welcome back posters. Roll them up and put in the green cart on the spirit stage. Plan how you will decorate the entrance to the Thunderdome
• Video: Football Game commercial, work with social media reps to plan the first 2 weeks of posts and videos. Decide who will film during the assembly and make a short recap video
• Class Comp:Work with assembly group to plan class competitions. We need about 4 games between grades. Choose a variety and mix of students from each grade. We need to ask them and make sure that they will do it, then type in their name on the script

• Rivalry Week Activities & Dress Up? (Mens + Womens Presidents + Senators- this is the Spirit Squad leadership)
• What are we wearing to the game?
• Are we bringing anything (large T tarp) or doing anything special at the game?
• Commercial and posts for the games?
• Posters to bring and decorate our side of the field

• Club Week (SBO VP + all vice presidents from each grade)
• Look over last year's report

• Update club application form with new dates and emails
