1. REPORTS! If you've been a committee chair, you need to write up your report before MAY 14 (50 points) Email them to Baker or drop them in the End of Year Binder here

2. SBOs- finish all awards

3. Video coordinators- May video

4. Seniors- go over DJ & sleepover with Baker + update commercial

5. Juniors- all prom stuff in Baker's car, umbrellas, make, Costco form for soda

6. Everyone else- final cleaning of stage (Goal- floor is clear, trash thrown away, every bin label)

• Open screen door and pull out everything in the way so we can work
• organize paint cabinets, throw away anything dried up or not working
• throw away trash on floor including crinkled posters
• put away mascot into one box
• organize all bins by activities + label them with what's inside (find a place for everything)
• tuck spirit trophy away
• clean out popcorn machine
• take back basketball balls to PE
