Veterans Assignments

Final Reminders about Veterans Day

• Be helpful! Look for opportunities to help the veterans! This day is about them!
• Veterans eat first, so let them and their family, cut in front of you
• Talk to them! Don’t stay in your friend groups- sit with the veterans at lunch
• After it’s over, let’s not wait to start cleaning up (once your group is done, get it checked off)

Final Setup needed: (those who missed setup)

• All chairs out
• Water bottles brought to the luncheon
• Put a Roy Solt & Senator Mike Lee name tags on chairs
• Put programs on chairs
• Group pictures by the big American flag

Before Assembly:

Group #1: Seniors

Right After Assembly: Mad dash to move chairs! Everyone! Then we can eat too (let the veterans go first in line)

Clean Up Assignments:

#1: Luncheon Video, PR, Chief, Social Media, Senior Presidency (save gold stars by putting them all in a small box, throw away plastic table cloths, put mason jars neatly bag on stage put tables back on cart and take back to closet next door to spirit stage, take any trash to the dumpster)

#2: Luncheon Mens & Womens Pres, Senators, Culture, LIA, POP (chairs back on Park & Rec trailer)

#3: Thunderdome Junior, Sophomore & Freshmen Presidencies (fold nicely all flag bunting, fold up big USA flag, throw away all streamers on railings)

#4: Thunderdome SBOs (fold up riser stage and put into corner of gym, put the stage in the same corner, take all flags in the stands to the spirit stage)

#5 Thunderdome Justices (roll up all the floor mats, place CAREFULLY back into the corner closet OR leave right next to the door)
