Welcome Back Assembly (Hannah G + Inclusive + LIA + POP)
- Type up a sample script, include times of each acts (share with Baker)
- What type of games or contests should we have? Who will find the students that we will have in the games? How can we include different students? A good place to look is pinterest for ides
- Who is performing? Have they all been contacted?
- Do we need more decorations than the posters? If so, what? If we want to order some things, we have $150-200 to spend on Amazon. Find the items you would like and send the link to Baker for purchasing

- Start a typed script that you share with Baker and consider the theme and how we can work it in
- Make a rough draft outline of who will perform, what games, times, etc
- Class presidency can help with the games and getting students from each grade. We would need the students names before the assembly to get them checked out

- What will we use to bring the royalty onto the field for the game. We can’t use cars (they are too heavy on the track), so usually golf carts are best. Do we know anyone that has any? We need to be able to drive out 12 kids total (not including drivers)
- How will we advertise voting for royalty? Can we make some social media posts or do a short commercial?
