PHS we have a student whose knee was injured last year during ballroom. Her regular MD referred her to a specialist, who then does not take the insurance the student has (Medicaid)

1. Sub for Santa- Today- Finish posters + check off for your points + Sub for Santa Proposals (Presenting to class next class)
2. Proposals- Type up or create slides of what your committee plans on doing. Must include:

Title of your Committee (includes names of members)
Goal of your committee (How many students you want in attendance? How much money might you want to raise)
Date, Time of event
Who will be helping? (Example: What teachers will play basketball? Ref? Take tickets?)
What we need (Example: Money Box, Chaperones, advertising?)
What will this event be like? What can we expect?
