1. Pick up your t-shirt bundle, lanyard, and schedule
2. DC Schedule
3. DC packing list 
4. Turn in as soon as possible: 

• Copy of ID + Medical Insurance Card (email me them if that is easier Cassidy Baker  (cassidyb@provo.edu)
• Any remaining payments
• Signed code of conduct form
