- Put large ribbons on winners doors (Emma-1st, Leigh-2nd, Grant-3rd, Coug-4th, Grace L-5th, Grace H-6th, Grace M-7th, Rachel J-8th, Mairen-9th, Abby-10th)
- Any last minute decorating + put the rest of the decorations away (put calendar up- Peter, Jared, Thomas, Montana)
- Throw away trash- what's in the shopping cart (Grant, Peter, Caleb)
- Clean out the small office so we can put S4S gifts in there (Zoi, Canyon, Matthew, Wyatt, JoAnna)
- Everyone else- help clear out the large side of the art gallery so we can make a photo backdrop next class
- Some of the type of situations we are helping with:
- Lots of single parents, some of which one of the parents have abandoned the family
- Recent death of a parent
- Being raised by relatives other than parents
- War Veteran with PTSD and his family
- Some families from other countries that just arrived here
- Almost all of the families can't provide basic hygiene needs to their kids
- One mom walks her kid 1 hour to school each day (bike and bus pass)
- Father abandoned family because of drug problem
- 1 homeless family
- Lots of warm clothing needs: boots, jackets, gloves, beanies
- Multiple families where their teens is the financial provider for their family
