3. Today in Class:

• Sweaters (If you ordered one, make sure to pay)

• Club Week (Gabe + Vice Presidents)
• All- Check on clubs that have applied and write approved on all of the ones that are complete
• Gabe- contact janitors about tables for lunch next week + make a map of where the tables will go and what clubs will be where
• Senior VP- start a google doc spreadsheet of all the clubs + their information
• Junior VP- post for instagram and facebook- send to Baker
• Soph VP- contact all the old clubs through email and invite them apply to become a club again
• Freshmen Elections (Sydney + Justices)
• Find an alternative spot to have voting (maybe in the art gallery)
• Set up for voting (take down your ballots, list of freshmen, picture ballots, voting box...etc)
• Send out a text message/email to all those running reminding them of the rules during voting
• Find a few volunteers in class to help run voting (maybe 2-3)
• Season Sports Posts for Instagram for each game (Senators)- hang all together in same location
• Every Senator will be assigned a sport (by the end of their season you need 20-30 photos of that sport- sent to Baker)
