Hi Cassidy,
My name is Marty Evans and I am a member of the PTA here at Timpview and also across the street at Edgemont Elementary. The Edgemont PTA is holding our annual Edgemont Extravaganza on May 1 from 5:30-8:30pm and we are looking for bright and cheerful volunteers to help run our games! Our Extravaganza is one of our most important fundraisers--raising funds that we donate to classrooms and programs for our students. We've had some awesome Timpview neighbor kids come and help in years past. This year I was hoping I could get some of the Student Council members to come and help us. The games will all be set up and ready to go, we just need volunteers to help us run the games. Do you think any of your students would be interested in helping? I would be happy to come and invite the students myself if you have an upcoming meeting with them. Let me know if you think the Student Council could help!
