August 4: Monday

9-11:30am: Service Activity (Painting room, building benches) led byLance (Meet in Commons)

11:30-12pm: Lunch (Pizza) @ Lance’s house

12-2pm: Activity (?) Swimming/Hang out/Basketball @ Lance’s house

3-3:30pm: Speaker (Davis Smith, CEO of Cotopaxi)

3:30pm-4:00pm: Leadership Game (from leadership book) Baker/Bower - @commons

5:30-6:00pm: Prep for dinner (BBQ) Bowers-pickup, everyone-setup

6pm: BBQ Dinner with Families, hand out t-shirts (Noodles and Co, salad, fruit, drinks, utensils?)

GO HOME----capture the flag?

SBOs, Chief Justice, PR, Mens & Womens President, and Senior Presidency- desserts

Junior Presidency, Sophomore Presidency, Senators- sides (green salads or fruit salads)

Justices and Appointed Positions- drinks

August 5: Tuesday

10:30am: Pictures (Baker)

11:30am: Speaker (Taz Murray)

12-12:30pm: Lunch (Jimmy Johns Subs) Bowers

1-3pm: Downtown Scavenger Hunt (Presidency discussion on Court House steps)

3:30-4:30pm: TBA Activity

5-5:30pm: Get ready for dinner. All

5:30pm: BBQ Dinner (Covey’s Home) Alex

6:30pm: Games Lance

7:30: Start dessert/s’mores/banana boats. Bowers

9-12: Night games/”get to know you games” Mens/Womens Presidency

August 6: Wednesday

8am: Breakfast @ the THS (made by administration in foods room). Makenna/Taylor

9:30-11pm: Morning hike up to Stewart Falls Alex

12-1: Hike back down- (bring a snack if you are going to get hungry)
