2. Leadership Monthly Theme: January’s Theme: Goal-Oriented To demonstrate goal- Each student will choose 1 personal leadership goal that they want to improve in for the month of January. You must be able to prove that you improved in this goal (ie: there needs to be data). You can’t just say, “I got better,” You need to be able to prove it. Each student will write a 1 page (double-spaced, 12 font) summary of their experience with their goal. Goals must be approved this week by Bowers or Baker.
