In Class Everyone- Link Tailgate invites organize, put in teacher folders to pass out TODAY- we need everyone’s help on this first 5k poster and send to cassidyb@provo.edu or directly post on the Facebook Activities group sign the sheet on the bulletin board If you are getting a sweater, pay the remaining balance SADIES- KIIRA, LAUREN, RUBY Scott- tickets- cut tickets Start collecting decorations- list VETERANS COMMITTEES- print off all invitations, take posters and invites to mayor’s office Decoration layout & list, contact the catering class draw layout for luncheon decide where we will get tables and chairs, list of goods for luncheon (check spirit room) program started posters for community & school contact all performers and check to make sure they are still good to perform and ask if they have any questions invitation- cut and 2 passed out to every student gov member CLUB WEEK- check your day- starts after Spring Break Colton- reserve a money box for the 5K REMINDER- 10 activities DUE OCTOBER 25 REMINDER- report for term 1 due OCTOBER 25 (Homecoming Committee heads- for all committees-Royalty, Assembly, Dance...etc, 1st Assembly, Club Week, 5K, Sadies.
